- Day 01 -
We will craft your larger-than-life vision and start to map out your annual plan for 2025. You will feel excited, energized and ready to get to work after this deep-dive!
- Day 02 -
We will finalize your goals for 2025 and begin to reverse-engineer 90-day roadmaps to guide you and help you stay on track. This will help you feel organized and in control of your goals.

Meet Your Workshop Host
Kelci Borges
Kelci is the CEO of Sherose and founder of The Boise Breakfast Club community. She takes a holistic approach to business scaling to help her clients optimize their operations, increase visibility, and exponentiate profits. Kelci is dedicated to inspiring others to go after what they want and put plans into action to achieve their Pinterest 'dream board' life.
Before starting her own company, she created digital and traditional marketing campaigns for a multi-million dollar casino.
Kelci received her Bachelor of Arts in Strategic and Corporate Communication from Chapman University and recently completed her Master's in Business from Pepperdine University. She has accumulated over 9 years in traditional and digital marketing throughout various roles and industries.
Since starting her business in 2018, she has served over 130 clients, hired FT and PT team members, traveled unconditionally, launched a podcast, was featured on the Jasmine Star show, hosted a business retreat and has continued to pursue her passions unapologetically.
